summer 2009 reading list.
Ten books, one summer.

- 2. The Sun Also Rises by Ernest Hemingway
- 3. Falling Leaves by Adeline Yen Mah
- 4. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling
- 5. Battle Royale by Koushun Takami
- 6. Queen of the Damned by Anne Rice
- I read well over half of this, and it was so boring I gave up. But I’m counting it because I read 300+ pages.
- 7. The Hell Screen by I.J. Parker
- 8. China Road by Rob Gifford
- Read over half of this last summer, so this should be a quick one!
- 9. The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien
- 10. ‘Salem’s Lot by Stephen King

- +1. Shark’s Fin and Sichuan Pepper by Fuchsia Dunlop
- The first half of this was great, but then it started to go kinda slowly, so I’m taking a break from it! Hopefully I’ll come back to this…
