Yes, after almost two years of talking about it and scheduling and rescheduling and unscheduling and thinking and rethinking–today, I went to a tattoo place here in Buffalo, after doing extensive research, and booked an appointment. For tomorrow. 
I’ve never had a tattoo before so I’m kinda nervous, but maybe more excited. MAYBE. I don’t know. This blog post is kind of like collateral or something–I’m leaving it out in cyberspace so that I can’t chicken out tomorrow.
But I’ve given myself enough time. The tattoo that I want, I’ve wanted since sophomore year. And I haven’t wavered. So it’s finally time!! Can you tell I’m overthinking this a little?

ooooooooooooo!!!! I’m excited for you!!!! The noise is the scary part. I was the same as you, I had been thinking of the image for ages and changing my mind and chickening out and then one day I just went and did it. twas cool baby!
Yay for the tattoo! I’m terrified of getting one, mainly because I know as soon as I get it I’d get bored of the design, but I’d be stuck with it forever

Word of advice: Get some “Tattoo Goo” to put on it, that stuff works the best to help it heal right so it doesn’t fade too bad.
